Final-Stained Glass Project

Students,
This is it!  The last project!  You must design a theme for a stain glass window and see it through fully realized.  Techniques were discussed in class; I'm looking for good ideas and innovative design. You should have a central focal point and secondary images in separate cells surrounding that focal point.  The more you use projects themes from the whole semester the better, i.e. color scheme, healing brush, filter, silhouette, collage.
This project is weighted, to it will be worth three times more than a normal project.

Good luck, and good night!

50's Horror Spoof

Greetings my purveyors of digital wonder,
Your next assignment is a 1950's Horror Movie spoof.  I want you to design a poster in the familiar style of the 50's poster, but with an ironic contemporary take.  Make sure your pictures you choose inform your design and theme.  Below are some classic examples, but I encourage you to do further research.
Good night and good luck!

Graffiti Project

Graffiti Tag Project

Greetings my young ones,
The next project is to design and color your own personal tag.

NOTE: PROFESSOR DAVID MARCET IS IN NO WAY CONDONING HIS STUDENTS  DEFACING PUBLIC WALLS WITH GRAFFITI!

OK, back to the assignment.  I would like you to spend a considerable amount of time with a good old fashioned pencil and paper and design your tag.  Your tag should somehow refer to your name or nick name or whatever.  After you have created a good and finished line drawing, we are going to scan the drawing and color it in Photoshop.
Go back and review your color schemes, and do a fair amount of research on tags you like and different styles.

Good luck!!!
